SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Within Canada
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Ontario.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

International Shipping:
We do not currently ship outside of Canada. We hope to expand internationally in the future - sign up for our email list to be notified when we do!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout
- Canada Post tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
Track your package: Visit canadapost.ca/track and enter your tracking number.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by Canada Post. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
- File a claim with Canada Post if necessary
Please contact us at renderedgold@gmail.com - while we cannot replace packages marked as delivered, we're happy to help you navigate the process with Canada Post.
Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at renderedgold@gmail.com. Include photos of:
- The damaged product
- The shipping box and packaging materials
- The shipping label (if visible)
We'll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or are missing products from your order, please contact us immediately at renderedgold@gmail.com with your order number. We'll resolve this right away at no cost to you.
Wrong Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at renderedgold@gmail.com.
Before shipping: We can update your address at no charge.
After shipping: Once Canada Post has the package, we cannot modify the delivery address. You may be able to redirect it through Canada Post's delivery options.
Shipping During Extreme Weather
Our products are formulated to be temperature-stable, but extreme weather can affect their texture during transit.
Summer Heat:
Products (especially balms and butters) may soften or become more fluid in hot weather. This does not affect quality or efficacy. Simply place them in a cool location and they will return to their normal texture within a few hours.
Winter Cold:
Products may firm up significantly during cold transit. This is completely normal and does not affect quality. Allow products to return to room temperature before use for optimal texture.
We may delay shipping during extreme weather events or postal service disruptions. If your order is affected, we'll notify you by email.
P.O. Boxes, Rural Addresses & Apartment Buildings
We ship to:

- ✅ Apartment buildings
Please ensure you provide a complete, accurate address including:
- Apartment/unit number (if applicable)
- Buzzer code or delivery instructions (in the notes section at checkout)
- Correct postal code
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to modify your order? Contact us at renderedgold@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Before Shipping (within 2-3 business days):
We can modify or cancel your order and issue a full refund. Please include your order number in your email.
After Shipping:
Once your order has shipped and you've received tracking information, we cannot modify or cancel it. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns and refunds.
Holidays & Seasonal Closures
We observe major Canadian holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day. We'll post any seasonal closures or extended processing times on our homepage and social media.
Customs & Duties
Since we only ship within Canada, there are no customs fees or duties on any orders.
